It's just as if you were sitting side-by-side looking at the same computer monitor. As you watch your design being created, we encourage you to ask for all the changes you want until the design matches exactly what you're looking for. In fact, there are no limits to the amount of changes you can make. Go on…be as picky as you like!

Here are the answers to some of our more commonly asked questions;
What are the advantages of a live design session over proofing by email?
Proofs sent through email are a very good way to see your . The drawback is that it sometimes takes multiple emails with many small changes to get the exact look you want. Whereas during a live design session, you can make those changes immediately until it's perfect.
What if I am not sure what kind of design I want?
The graphic designer is there to help you develop your ideas into a sign that has the look and feel that will work best for you. We have no doubt you'll be quite pleased with the results!
How is this better than using a local sign shop?
The obvious answer is that it is more convenient because you don't have to deal with traffic and you don't have to waste your gas. The not-so-obvious answer is, in the sign industry it is highly unusual to be able to deal directly with the graphic designer.
During the live design session, you will have a direct, live communication channel between you and the designer. That way, nothing gets lost in translation. You get to see your ideas and design concepts materialize in real time. (Did we mention that this was "real time"?)
How much time does it take?
The complimentary design time is for 33 minutes. Most sign designs can be completed within this time frame, or less.
What if someone else needs to approve the sign?
We suggest that if someone else is required for design approval, that you have them available for the live design session. However, they do not have to be at the same computer with you. They can join in the Live Design Session from their own computer, even if it's 2,000 miles away!
Just let us know if more than one person will be involved in the session so that we can send those involved the login information as well.
