In short, if we ever fail to ship your order on time, it’s absolutely free.  No excuses.  No red tape.  If we missed the deadline, just let us know and we’ll promptly refund the cost of your order.

Here’s how it works:

• Our On-Time Or It’s Free Guarantee applies to all internet based orders placed online including Business Signage & Digital Signage. The website automatically generates the deadline based on the selections you make in the shopping cart.  The turnaround time you select reserves your spot in our production schedule
• Time is calculated in terms of “Business Days” and does not include the weekends or nationally recognized holidays
• The turnaround time for custom signage starts from the moment you approve your final proof so the sooner you get back to us, the sooner we can get started on your order
• In the event a real time system error occurs in establishing the guaranteed ship date online, the following timeframes will apply to orders with a quantity of 25 or less:
  • 0% Discount – Order Ships 3 Business Days After Proof Approval
  • 5% Discount – Order Ships 4 Business Days After Proof Approval
  • 10% Discount – Order Ships 5 Business Days After Proof Approval
  • 15% Discount – Order Ships 6 Business Days After Proof Approval
  • 20% Discount – Order Ships 7 Business Days After Proof Approval
  • 25% Discount – Order Ships 8 Business Days After Proof Approval
  • 30% Discount – Order Ships 9 Business Days After Proof Approval

For orders over a quantity of 25, add up to five (5) business days to the above time schedule.

• Our obligation of service shall be deemed met by you if the volume of in-house orders requires us to upgrade your shipping option to a faster delivery time at our expense. For example:
  • If you select ground shipping, we reserve the right to upgrade your shipping to 2nd Day Air or Overnight Service, at our expense. In effect, the delivery date of your order would remain the same for you meeting the spirit of our guarantee which is to get you your business signage on time.

Orders which have a mistake or get damaged during shipping are not eligible for a refund.  We do make mistakes sometimes (we are only human after all) so if there is an error on your order, we Guarantee our Workmanship 100%.
